No not really, it must be the black outline or something but its just something to keep in mind next time use a blackoutline if youcan, or atleast use a dark colour for the outline of that tone.

Outlining something that's grey in black looks wrong though.

Yeah, that is also true but if you work on the shading around the pants it could turn out good and look better.

I completely 100% disagree with adding a black outline. Adding a slightly darker shade of the main colour is the way to go but all out black does not cut it for me. It's an ancient technique and may only work if the micro is wearing dark clothes or is ethnically black.

Yes, that is true, But if you use a blackoutline it stands out is shows the detail and also is alot easier for beginners.

Thats the reason comics and other cartoons use it. Black stops it from blending into the background, where a lighter colour would. But at the same time, you have to shade it right. For example, Wayne's micro of himself. The white jacket does look a bit odd with the white, but other micros can look great with it.

Shaun the head is good, the tattoos are very nice, but the pants bring it down big time, they almost look more like sweat pants than ring gear, and the feet arent very detailed, and whether you like the black outline or not, it really stands out when you add it only to certain parts

I also agree with the outline. And Shaun, I honestly think you need to stop using the lazy excuse and put the effort in, you have some great micro'ers giving you advice that will make you better, but you skimp out on it every time, your'e better than Spz, but you're still acting like him, and that isn't a good thing.

I don't know what to say. Ugh..i didn't think anyone would give a crap about the micro aha. I for one don't. Hence why i didn't finish. Now don't go 'ZOMG U DUN CAIR U DUN WONT ADVICE WELL FORK U I R NO REPLAI NAO1!111' That's not what im trying to say...I like to get replies and advice, even though i don't apply it as i forget about it, i really just don't give a crap for making these i only made this to actually get a micro in for once to stop the bitching like 'LOL SHURN U R GUD MAKER OF DEEZ, U SHUD RLY STRT TURNING IN AND WINZ!11' I made this against my will pretty much. And as far as the black outline thing goes ill go with what i think looks better in the future then . If i can be arsed making one.
